Hello, my Uplift Thrift people! Summer is almost here, isn't it beautiful? This month’s blog post will be a bit shorter, as there isn’t much new to report right now. Even so, I am having an amazing time here and continuing to enjoy every moment. Let’s get into it! Sales & Store Hours Update As most of you know, we recently changed our Saturday store hours. We are now open from 10:00am to 4:00pm, and we will accept donations from 10:00am to 3:00pm. I want to sincerely thank everyone who volunteered for the new 10:00am-12:00pm shift. Several people have shared that this time works much better for them, and I’m so glad. I’m looking forward to seeing how these new hours continue to benefit both our staff and our customers, as well as positively impact sales. Speaking of sales- in April, the thrift store brought in $90,654 , a 6% increase from last year! I am incredibly excited and proud of what we’ve accomplished together.
