Hello Lovely People, Here we are again approaching the end of a year and looking forward to a new one on the horizon. I am filled with gratitude for all that’s happened and anticipation for all to come. But, more than anything, I’m working hard to be present each day. It’s so easy to get lost reflecting on the past or imagining the future around this time of year. I encourage you to breathe deep and notice what’s around you. Find joy in the moment you’re in.
